We are looking for a _Document Controller._

Your Role

Support the development of document management procedures and their implementation.
Manage the documentation flow between the design team and other stakeholders.
Track keeping of project documents and reporting of delays.
Controlling of documents to ensure compliance with internal and Client policies.
Team training focused on document numbering and using templates.
Prepare and issue material samples.
Facilitate the onboarding process of new joiners.
Assist the senior management with administrative tasks.
Collaborate with an international document management team.

Your Skills

1+ years of experience in administration or document controlling.
Interest in quality management.
Quick learner, proactive and organised professional with a high attention to details.
Team player with ability to work in a fastpaced environment and to tight deadlines.
Excellent communicator with a customeroriented attitude.
Proficiency typing
Proficient using MS Office, good IT skills and ideally experience with DMS platforms (e.g. Aconex, Kahua, SharePoint)
Fluent in English.

Location

The position is based in 4 Elstree Way, Borehamwood WD6 1RN and work in close collaboration with Northern Ireland, Switzerland and England offices.

It is easily accessible via the A1, M25 or by a 5-10 mins walk from the Elstree & Borehamwood Station (Thameslink overground), which trains run to Kings Cross in approx.

17 mins.
