5 Axis CNC Miller/Turner needed

My Client was formed in 2002 and is part of the Engineering Group which consists of GA Engineering and Engineering Hydraulics and Tubes.

My Client is a specialist manufacturer of transmission and engine products including spur and helical gears, shafts,clutches, keys, flanges as well as general turned and prismatic parts, with the capability for full manufacture including assembly.

My Client also have a department solely for Hydraulics and Tubes which is a manufacturer of hydraulic hoses, PTFE hoses, steelcompression fittings, pneumatic tubes and valves and has tube manipulation facilities that include bending, welding, and assembly.

(5 Axis CNC Miller/Turner) - Position Overview

Set and operate CNC Milling and/or turning machines (don't need experience in both as training can be given)
Programme machines
Manufacture high quality components which are compliant to drawing against the production plan.
Operating within a safe environment, abiding by Health & Safety regulations
Working independently & as part of a team to share knowledge and maximise efficiency.
Reading technical drawings.
Working through the workload at a timely manner to help achieve monthly targets
Liaising with other sections to enable smooth workflow
