Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a client in Wimborne who have a strong company culture and low turnover of staff.

If you have strong administration experience and would like to work within a HR position, this is the role for you

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment Administration:
  • Advertise job vacancies and help with interviewing when required
  • Help create recruitment campaigns and advertise on social media, job boards and the company website
  • Issue new starter paperwork and ensure everyone is set up on the system and process leaver paperwork
  • General HR Administration:
  • Maintain digital employee records including holiday and sickness
  • Support payroll with the administration process such as checking national minimum wage, working time regulations and overtime details
  • Assist with benefits administration such as company pension, cycle to work scheme and private healthcare
  • Order and distribute uniform when required
  • Manage and oversee the company's length of service awards scheme
  • Maintain employee training records

Knowledge & Experience Required:


  • Strong administration skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to keep information confidential
  • Highly organised

Salary & Benefits:

- £2- 24,000 per annum

  • 190 hours of holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • 38 hours per week. 8 hours on Monday plus 0.5 hours lunch break and 6 hours on Friday with 0.5 hours lunch break. Start times are flexible between 7am and 8am.
