About the Organisation:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global Private Equity-led FMCG company with operations across Europe and strong focus on UK, France and Benelux.

You will join a team of 400+ people across Europe, approx. 70 people in UK & Ireland

Roles & Responsibilities:

Line management responsibility for 3x Customer Collaboration Manager
Ownership of relationship with 3rd party order process provider (Culina)
Drive improvement agenda for the supply chain/commercial collaborative process with customers to support key deliverables on FA, Bias and Service
Build with the team, strategic relationships with top grocery customers and establish a management top to top relationship between Top 6 and TBG
Working with

Customer Collab Managers:
define & deliver clear improvement plans with key accounts improving cost, service & sustainability impacts.

Collaborate with Impulse Commercial within the AFH portfolio to support the implementation of endtoend supply chain solutions for new smaller portfolio customers
Collaborate with Commercial Leads to align on service intervention actions when required to include capping, line utilisation, & delivery performance decision
Monitor Inventory & low code management ensuring minimised costs & right service.
