Team Leader - Telesales

Abra Wholesale, leading wholesaler and exporter based in London. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Telesales Supervisor to join the busy telesales team.

Role:
This is a key role within a small and dedicated team.

You will be responsible for setting daily, weekly and monthly sales target, training new telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, ensure order deliveries on time & handling escalated customer complaints.

You will be actively involved with other team members at all levels including senior management plus contact with the suppliers and customers etc.

Attributes:
Experience in telesales supervising

Marketing and sales experience

Experience in supermarket or FMCG

Ability to identifying problems, diagnose the root causes and create solutions to the problems

Organizing & Multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Hours:
Up to 35 Hours over 4 to 5 days per week

Salary:
£10 to £12/Hour + Bonus
