Experienced Bridging Underwriter

London City, Fully Office-Based


Salary:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE) + Annual Discretionary Bonus

About the role:


  • Underwriting and assessing loan documentation, including valuation reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with lending policies and regulations.
  • Conducting comprehensive checks on applicants and properties to assess their suitability for the applied loan, identifying any concerns or discrepancies.
  • Providing support and guidance to colleagues on matters related to underwriting and mortgage completion, fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing environment.
  • Contributing to the continual improvement of the company's lending proposition by identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
