Description
As Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maximising attendance at global networking and learning events. You will receive a performance-related annual bonus, as well as work to a weekly incentive. The company offers high-performers the opportunityto travel internationally to attend their events.

This is a role for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, commercially minded, and confident in approaching and communicating with senior executives.

Although sales experience is advantageous for this position, it is not essential. You will, however, possess experience dealing with a high volume of telephone calls, both inbound and outbound. You'll be extremely motivated, target driven, and thrive workingin a tight-knit team. You'll relish a challenge and have the desire to learn. An interest in events/L&D is highly desirable. Your day-to-day focus will be:

  • Using LinkedIn and other social media channels to identify potential delegates.
  • Growing your portfolio of clients by building professional relationships.
  • Managing pipelines to maximise event attendance.
  • Working to individual KPIs and targets.
  • Sending delegate booking confirmations.
