We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the team at one of Europe's largest communication companies in Sunderland for a six-month contract.


The role will be to manage the HR function focusing on strategic, HR Operational Management, Employee Relations, Policy Development, Workforce information, Recruitment and Retention, Management and Key Performance indicators.


As part of the site Senior Management Team, you will be a key contributor to the long-term strategy of the business and facilitator driving the understanding of our commercial offering.

provide and lead the provision of a high-quality, responsive and comprehensive Human Resources Service reporting to the Site Director.


Responsibilities:


  • To provide and lead the provision of high quality, responsive and comprehensive Human Resources Service
  • To provide Line Management for the HR Advisor, Training Lead and Client & Wellbeing officer where appropriate
  • To provide strategic HR Business Partner support to senior managers.
  • To develop, deliver and monitor the implementation of workforce plans and policies.
  • To lead on a corporate role in driving the HR agenda
  • Accountabilities of Business Partner, HR Operational Management, Employee Relations, Policy Development, Workforce Information, Recruitment and Retention, Management, Key Performance Indicators.

Experience:


  • An excellent understanding of current best practice in HR management and legislation
  • First degree or equivalent level of experience
  • Evidence of personal development both professionally and managerially
  • Chartered member of the CIPD

Salary:
£40,000 to £50,000
