Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Assist customers with enquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints/queries with patience and empathy.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer inquiries

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
