When it comes to managing people, you're an inspired motivator.

But more than this, you've got the skills to identify someone's strengths and encourage them to make the best of themselves.

So have you considered taking your career to a global level?

The UK National Authority for Counter Eavesdropping (UK NACE) protects national security by providing Technical Security expertise to the UK government, friendly foreign governments and the critical national infrastructure (CNI).

We also provide leadershipfor the technical security profession across government.

In the past year we have played a key role at both the G7 and COP26 summits, enabling ministers and senior officials to negotiate effectively whilst away from Whitehall.

UK NACE is part of FCDO Servicesand works in partnership with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office to protect our critical assets in Embassies overseas.

Right now we're looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator Supervisor to manage and motivate our Coordinators, supervise workflows and report into Project Managers.

Use all your people management skills and coordinate project-related logistics

When you join us in this important role, the management of our Project Delivery Coordinators will be your top priority, but your work will involve so much more than this.

You'll supervise the team's overall workflow, ensure tasks are completed accuratelyand see that goods are delivered on time.

We'll also expect you to raise requisitions, inform project managers of delivery lead times, pay invoices and ensure the correct use of relevant computer systems.

Your additional tasks will include maintaining andupdating a range of project-related records, assisting colleagues with their recording keeping and coordinating logistics, including travel arrangements and the shipping of equipment.

Take your career to the next level as you work to keep the country safe
With superb resource management, service reporting and data analysis skills, you'll be a skilled relationship, stakeholder and financial manager.

It's vital that you have first-class communication and organisational abilities, and well developed numericaland analytical skills, and you'll also be an instinctive team player who's capable of working without close supervision.

Possessing practical knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes, you'll be IT literate with a particular emphasis on the MicrosoftOffice suite of software.

Experience of working in a government department or for a large organisation would be desirable, as would practical knowledge of requisitioning using an ORACLE system.

We'd also prefer you to have plenty of line management experience, and the ability toanalyse data and provide recommendations for the best course of action.

Enjoy a superb range of development opportunities

When you join us, you'll be contributing to protecting the nation's interests at home and overseas. In return you'll receive a competitive salary, 25 days' annual leave and an excellent Civil Service pension. You'll also have access to a wide range of trainingand development opportunities. Depending on business need, we offer hybrid working between the office and home.

And while on-site, you'll have access to an on-site gym, nursery, canteen, and we offer interest-free loans on season tickets and bikes to helpyou get there.

Above all else, you'll feel pride in doing work that helps us protect people, information and assets here and overseas.

All our employees must be security cleared to the highest level, so you'll need to undergo a comprehensive vetting process before joining.

You'll be able to start work with Security Check (SC) clearance, while Developed Vetting (DV) is a longer-term requirementfor the role.

You can find out more about vetting on our website
