We are a property maintenance repair company and are looking for experienced time served multi-skilled tradesman who can assist us in completing various tasks where and when required for public and private sector homeowners and landlords in the Glasgow area.
Job description
Main Duties will include:
- End/beginning of tenancy repairs and maintenance
Other duties may include:
- Skirting finishing
- Flooring (laminate)
- Hanging new internal doors
- Replacing Cracked Tiles
- Qualified or Time Served Joiner/plumber
- Current UK Clean Drivers Licence
- Great attention to detail
Industry:
Property maintenance
39 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9 am-4 pm
Weekend work also available on request.
