Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner
The post holder is required to work within an integrated MDT focusing on adults suffering with a wide range of mental health problems.
The post holder will hold a caseload, being responsible for assessing patients' needs, planning and implementing the plan of care.
The post holder will provide supervision, guidance and support to junior members of staff.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
