About Our Client:

My client is a market leading global organisation providing logistics solutions for worldwide companies and market leaders. They pride themselves in their efficacy and reliability when it comes to logistics.

The Finance Assistant's duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Producing weekly accounts, prepping them for review
  • Preparing internal and external reports
  • Prepayments and Accruals
  • SAP reporting
  • Reconciliation of weekly payroll
  • Reconciling codes
  • Purchase Ordering
Full training will be provided for all tasks to ensure any skill gaps are addressed


The Successful Applicant:


  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
  • Proficient excel knowledge
  • Debit/Credit experience
  • Prepayments and accruals experience
  • Journal posting experience
  • Have a HNC or a sufficient level of accounting experience
