Description
Are you a highly organised office professional that has worked in the automotive sector previously or has the desire to join a local automotive company within the Service department?


Start:

ASAP

Location:
Cambridge, Cambridgeshire


Salary:
£23,000 - £27,000 DOE + bonus on top of salary


Hours:
Full Time - 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday


Duration:
Permanent


Benefits: 20 Days holiday (increasing to 28 days with longevity of service), plus standard bank holidays, Rental vehicle, Vehicle discounts, pension, wellbeing options, workwear provided, cycle to work


Duties:


  • Be first point of contact for customers
  • Take customer bookings and scheduling services/repairs
  • Communicate the customers work and faults to the vehicle technicians
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Advise guidance for vehicle care, warranty retention and claims.
  • Ensure the customer receives the right level of customer care and attention
  • Updating the pricing on the services and products when needed.

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Experience in a customer focused, sales/target driven position, selling products and services
  • Computer literate
  • Organised
  • Selfdisciplined
  • Determination to succeed in a target driven environment
  • Confidence in using multiple computer systems
