Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be a supporting a rapidly growing Insurance organisation on the role of Recruitment Specialist. This is a permanent opportunity with scope for progression.

As the organisation grows this role will develop; it has excellent opportunities for career development.

There will be a recruitment administrator that reports to this role who will support on the administrative side of the role.

You will have/need:

At least 3 years experience in a 360 recruitment role
Excellent stakeholder management
Background either In-House or Agency
Ability to hit the ground running and start filling roles
Excellent knowledge of LI recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Experience from a financial service/insurance organisation would be beneficial

This role offers flexible working of around 3 days office based in London and 2 from home.

The salary on offer is between £50,0000 - £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.
