Description

Company in North West London is looking for a Quality Controller.

Understanding BRC, Waitrose & other customer Technical Standard and legalities in their areas and make sure that they should be implemented daily.
Follow all BRC codes of practice in warehouse at all times and maintain compliance in all health and safety standards.
Have the ownership in their responsibilities and make sure the members of th eir team clearly understand what they need to do on daily basis.
To try to create a positive working environment with the members of their team.
To report the daily issues including personnel to their supervisors in a timely manner.
Making sure all staff understand and follow all procedures throughout the factory.
Having ownership of the duties in the area that you are assigned to in any aspect of operation including machinery, personnel training, and technical requirement.

Additional duties will be delivered on interview.

Competency:

Good understanding of the operation, products and procedure

High level of reliability and flexibility is required]Punctuality is essential

Good command of English

Excel knowledge required

Computer literate

Working hours:

Any 5 days a week 9:00-17:00

Maybe required to work overtime to complete the allocated duties in the team
