Description

The Bank Bar & Restaurant Newry require flexible experienced Bar Staff on a casual basis.

Applicants must be aged over 18yrs, have previous bar experience and be available to work evenings and weekends as required on a rota basis.

Applicants should also have transport or be able to get home safely late at night due to the nature of the role.

Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or functions
Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Previous bar experience i preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
