The days can be flexible but will include weekend days.

You will be required to drive and hold a driving license.

20-30hrs per week

Open 7 days a week 10am - 4pm, no late nights

For our busy cafe, the successful applicant must be friendly, energetic and hardworking with a willingness to oversee all areas to ensure the smooth running of the Cafe by preparing a variety of hot and cold foods and beverages, serving customers, stock replenishing, cleaning of work preparation areas, kitchen and cafe seating area.

This person should be passionate about delivering the highest quality of food and service as well as having the flair, originality and the ability to make this one of the best Cafeteria Garden Tea Rooms in the area.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support with preparation of the menu.
Ensure food hygiene, Allergen and Health and Safety compliance
Support the hiring manager with supervision of the team
Building relationships with client and customers
Provide friendly and polite customer service
Opening up and closing down the café
Maintaining and managing stocks and order supplies
Managing and maintaining necessary records & files.
Level 3 HACCP for catering or level 3 Food Hygiene a willingness and food allergen awareness training
Craft based experience using fresh ingredients
Knowledge of health and safety practices
Line management experience
Experience within a similar environment
