Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Office Assistant to join our team.
As a Junior Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily administrative operations of our office.
This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity for growth and development within our organization.Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain various records and databases
- Bundling files using Bundledocs
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by team members
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Support the team with any other clerical or administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Accurate data entry skills with a keen attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required
