Admin Support (Team Secretary) - Pharmacy Directorate

37.5 hours per week


Are you looking for a change? We currently have a role within the Pharmacy Directorate office for adynamic person to join our team.


Based in the Pharmacy Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, this post will support the Pharmacy Senior Management Team in ensuring all of the deadlines and turnaround times are met.

The post holder will offer support in times of absence in order to ensure service delivery suffers no disruption. This is an ideal post for someone with administration experience looking to work in a small, busy, friendly team.


  • The post holder is required to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team and to the Pharmacy Directorate as a whole.
  • The post holder will specifically support the Principal Pharmacist of Technical Services and the Pharmacy Business Support Manager.
  • The post holder will proactively support the Pharmacy Administration and Clerical Team in ensuring that an efficient and effective service is provided in the day to day operation of the following: General Administration, Finance, Human Resources and Health & Safety.


The applicant must be flexible both in their approach to work and be able to work as part of a team working towards ensuring all targets and deadlines are achieved within the department.
