We are working on this brand new and exclusive role to join one of the best house builders in the business who are looking for a new Sales Consultant to join their sales team on a development in Elgin selling an executive range of fabulous family homes.


You will be joining a business with a reputation for excellence and known for building aspirational homes as well as communities across the country.

As Sales Consultant your main purpose will be to secure new home sales and taking your customers through the sales purchasing process from initial client enquiry to property handover.

This is a fast paced and very rewarding role with a range of dimensions to it but typical duties can be noted as below:

  • Meet and greet clients on site.
  • Qualify client requirements and provide demonstrations of the show home.
  • Assist clients throughout the process with their selections /choices.
  • Work with Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.
  • Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration.
  • Ensure show homes are maintained to a high standard.
  • Collation and continuous research of competitor sales, resale values, market trends and advertising
  • Regular progress /update reports to be submitted to Sales Manager.
  • Visitor reporting and sourcing of enquiries and monitor survey feedback.
  • Work closely with the site delivery team and assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client.
  • Monitor entry dates, exchange of contracts, sales incentive plans and packages.
  • Attend weekly meeting with construction team weekly to discuss build progress and updates.
  • Continuous monitoring of sales literature for accuracy including the Consumer Code for Home Builders and the Property Misdescriptions Act.
  • Maintain awareness of local employment and market trends which may affect relevant developments.
Key skills we are you looking for you to demonstrate include:

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Previous experience of new homes sales (recommended).
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Evidence of working towards and achieving targets.


Standard working hours are 10:30am - 5:30pm Thursday through to Monday including weekends and bank holidays so you must have a flexible approach to working.
