Our Client are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to develop and manage a team of dynamic office based Sales Executives, up to 6 direct reports.


This role is charged with driving growth for services businesses and sales across a portfolio of brands, with direct responsibility for ensuring new business requirements are achieved.

This requires an enthusiastic hands-on individual that can lead the teamin a challenging and demanding time.

The role requires someone that actively sells and leads from the front and that is focused on the development of the team on a daily basis to achieve the required goals.

Direct reports - 6 new business Sales Executives

Office based role, with one day remote.

Skills and Experience needed for the role

Experience of managing a team of Sales Personnel, in a high volume, cold calling, sales environment

Proven people management skills

Personal experience in a high volume, cold calling, sales role

Target driven and passionate about achieving goals and succeeding

Strong planning, organisation and time management skills

Assertiveness

A desire to share your professional expertise and support your team with their ongoing professional development

Experience of performance coaching and developing individuals

Ability to motivate and lead your team to achieve shared goals

Ability to build and nurture strong relationships internally and externally

Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines and prioritising

Ability to work collaboratively with other sales managers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
