We provide women with support at all of the key stages of their life with a wide range of women's health physio, and wellness and fitness services.

Are you keen to have a career within the growing field of women's health physio and wellness?
From pregnancy, to post-natal, from peri to post-menopause and to other painful problems in the pelvic area. There are several medical conditions that our clinic exclusively treats.

Our therapy assistant will help countless people find relief, get back to the things they love and enable clients to feel stronger and confident with their bodies.

You will support the physiotherapists and soft tissue therapist and enable the smooth daily running of a busy clinic.

Key responsibilities

Meet and greet clientele.
Assist the therapists with their rehabilitation and treatments on rehabilitation packages.
Consulting with patients to discuss their progress and any issues.
Performing stretching, exercise and massage techniques to increase range of movement and to relieve pain.
Maintain accurate treatment records
Prepare the therapist notes for the start of each day
Have your own clientele by being in charge of the stateoftheart PelviPower magnetic therapy and biofeedback chairs to train the pelvic floor
Ensure rooms are stocked, cleaned and ready for each client.
Online diary management for all staff
Stock management
Invoice management
Taking payments
Typing up and posting GP or consultant letters
Booking in client rehabilitation packages
Making sure the clinic is clean and tidy
Adhoc tasks requested by therapists or director
CPD budget available to train assistant up in specialist skills such as scar massage, tummy gap massage and soft tissue release (to support rehabilitation of the client).

Essential
Must be smart, flexible, organised, resourceful, trustworthy, extremely detail-oriented, poised/polished and adept at multitasking at the highest levels.

Need to have a positive and fun outlook on life and have lots of energy, commitment, and motivation, and thrive working in a small team environment with other staff.

A passion and drive to learn more in women's health

Computer literacy.

High attention to detail and efficient in managing simultaneous tasks and projects.

Desirable
Massage or soft tissue qualifications

Experience within a similar role or healthcare
