35 hours per weekTemporarily remote then based in our Glasgow City Centre office
Immediate start
The Lennox Partnership are currently looking to recruit an administrator for our busy Fair Start Scotland project and core business services.
You will be working alongside a team of key workers and supporting with general admin duties, with a time split in our core business services.
Duties will include:
- Processing referrals
- Reception Duties
- Compliance checks
- Data entry and maintenance of Excel data trackers
- Typing up CV's
- Cash Handling
- In Work Support for customers
- Other ad hoc duties related to the Fair Start Scotland project and The Lennox Partnership core business.
Skills required include:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
- Ability to learn inhouse IT systems
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
£18,018.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
