The Role
Driven, tenacious, and thrive in a sales environment? Join our dynamic Hub sales team as a Sales Representative
Your primary focus will be securing viewings or meetings from workspace leads promptly and connecting clients with our in-market sales team.
What will you be doing?
- Proactively following up with all assigned workspace opportunities for requirements resulting from incoming enquiries
- Hitting daily KPIS, including call and viewing targets, and planning time effectively to do so
- Qualifying leads, seeking to understand the company and their requirements
- Securing viewings from the workspace leads based on the perfect options
- Generating building reports to secure viewings/meetings
- Developing key commercial relationships with operators throughout the lead to viewing cycle

- A proven track record of strong qualification skills
- A passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer service
- Some experience working in a telesales team, and delivering/exceeding KPIs

- A teamplayer who is able to work on their own initiative

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
