The Role
Driven, tenacious, and thrive in a sales environment? Join our dynamic Hub sales team as a Sales Representative

Your primary focus will be securing viewings or meetings from workspace leads promptly and connecting clients with our in-market sales team.

This role plays a crucial part in driving increased sales conversion by facilitating the lead-to-viewing process. If you're motivated to excel in sales and eager to contribute to our success, we want to hear from you

What will you be doing?

Proactively following up with all assigned workspace opportunities for requirements resulting from incoming enquiries
Hitting daily KPIS, including call and viewing targets, and planning time effectively to do so
Qualifying leads, seeking to understand the company and their requirements
Securing viewings from the workspace leads based on the perfect options
Generating building reports to secure viewings/meetings
Developing key commercial relationships with operators throughout the lead to viewing cycle

A proven track record of strong qualification skills
A passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer service
Some experience working in a telesales team, and delivering/exceeding KPIs
