Job Summary
We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic Editor to join our ambitious team.

This role will see you working directly for one of our key sporting clients, therefore a love of sport is a plus.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be the creation of dynamic video content for digital and social channels, working across both long and short form creative ideas.


Producing content to celebrate key moments in the sporting calendar, it's an opportunity to work on a variety of planned and reactive content.

Utilising existing archive footage and shot content, you will be required to create dynamic video content at speed.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our team of multi-talented team of editors, MGFX editors, designers and animators who are responsible for creating creative digital and social content for a very reputable sporting body.

You should be able to produce quality work in a timely manner adhering to deadlines. As well as, delivering to multiple formats and channels; such as digital, social and broadcast.


You will be an avid consumer of all forms of media, allowing you to be at the forefront of creative trends and be able to contribute new ideas.

You will be expected to work well within a team, often managing multiple projects simultaneously. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and producing quick turnaround content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Working creatively, accurately, and efficiently to edit and craft highquality content that delivers against client and internal expectations.
  • The ability to carve a narrative from the assets provided, including shot rushes and archive footage.
  • Brainstorming, concepting, and creating video content for both digital and social platforms that adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the wider postproduction team both internally and externally to share and manage projects.
  • Multitasking and communicating proactively to ensure workload is managed efficiently across the team.
  • Adopting our internal process to accurately report time spent on projects.
  • Strictly following the project, delivery and folder structures in place to ensure all work is tidy and easily accessible to other members of the team.

Requirements of you:


  • Have a minimum of 2+ years industry experience within a digital/social based editing role.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Adobe CC suite, essentially Premiere Pro.
  • Expertise in working across all outputs including: short form edits, longer form documentaries, and dynamic digital and social content.
  • A passion and a keen interest in sports and following sports content.
  • Positive, flexible and adaptable approach to work and problem solving.
  • A keen interest in keeping up to date with digital and social editing trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to work alongside teams.
  • Organisational skills to adopt internal postproduction processes.
