My client are recruiting a commercially minded individual to join their Finance team as a Contracts and Finance Administrator.


Key Duties will include:

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing as part of month end process
  • Liaise with sales teams and customer delivery teams to ensure invoices are processed on a timely basis
  • Review and calculate client charges.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date billing information.
  • Ensure client contact details are kept up to date.
  • Raise purchase orders for suppliers
  • Ad hoc. administrative duties to include (but not limited to): hotel and travel bookings, and maintenance of records.
  • You will be confident and commercially minded and have excellent all round administration skills along with strong attention to detail and a high level of numeracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of excel is important.
  • You will be a strong written and verbal communicator.
