Description
My client are recruiting a commercially minded individual to join their Finance team as a Contracts and Finance Administrator.Key Duties will include:
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing as part of month end process
- Liaise with sales teams and customer delivery teams to ensure invoices are processed on a timely basis
- Review and calculate client charges.
- Maintain accurate and up to date billing information.
- Ensure client contact details are kept up to date.
- Raise purchase orders for suppliers
- Ad hoc. administrative duties to include (but not limited to): hotel and travel bookings, and maintenance of records.
- You will be confident and commercially minded and have excellent all round administration skills along with strong attention to detail and a high level of numeracy.
- Advanced knowledge of excel is important.
- You will be a strong written and verbal communicator.
