Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a high-growth software business on the recruitment of a
Senior Accountant (Qualified) position as they look to build their finance team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Financial controller
Assist in the monthly consolidation process and financial statement preparation.
Analyse financial data to explain actual tobudget variances.
Prepare reports on the above information and assist department managers in understanding the variances.
Perform monthly cash reconciliations on bank accounts.
Perform accounts payable vouchering, setup payments, and reconcile transactions from material vendors.
Review monthly intercompany reconciliations.
Record monthly nonstandard journal entries in the general ledger.
Review supporting balance sheet schedules.
Assist in segment (domain) reporting whilst maintaining accurate and complete records of segment cost control.
Help to automate reporting procedures to improve operational efficiency and controls
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
Liaise with overseas offices for fulfilling our finance and accounting requirements.
Assist in annual audit and tax compliance preparation (IFRS)
Support Accounts Payable Specialist on daily operations.
Perform other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as may be required by the CFO and the Financial Controller.
