This exciting new independent studio based in the Southeast of England are a growing team of highly experienced and talented developers focused on creating exceptional and innovative projects for Console and PC platforms.

They are currently working with a prestigious AAA publisher in the early stages of an exciting new project and are looking to expand their team to accommodate this growth.

In this role, you will:

Act as the bridge between the internal teams and external art vendors.
Review, validate and provide detailed feedback on art vendor submissions.
Track external art vendor submissions throughout the stages of production.
Create and maintain documentation such as artwork briefs, asset specs, tools/ pipeline instructions and reference materials.
Help design, maintain, and develop a streamlined asset integration pipeline.

Required Experience:

Minimum 2+ years game industry experience as an art outsource manager, 3d artist, technical artist, or producer.
Good understanding of art production across all relative disciplines.
Experience working with art assets in Unreal Engine 4/5.

Demonstrate:

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate well with cross disciplines teams.
Clear and concise written, verbal and visual communication.
Excellent timemanagement, and organizational skills.
Examples of working in Unreal Engine 4/5.
