Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer looking to gain experience across a range of marketing disciplines.

As our business grows, and the strategic plans build for our marketing department, the Head of Marketing requires the support of an experienced Marketing Assistant with the delivery of marketing communications, including e-marketing, publications, advertising and event management.

Working as part of a friendly, experienced, dynamic, and growing team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Marketing with all the marketing proficiencies to increase brand awareness and support the sales team and the business in their activities.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Marketing to implement the company's annual marketing communications plan.
• Assist with managing the company's website and digital presence.
• Create social content to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
• Support with organising exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events, and attend where necessary.
• Produce marketing collateral to support the sales team.
• Produce and manage marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitor and market activity.
• Work closely with the broader team, providing support where necessary.
• Support the company's objectives to deliver the annual company targets

Person Specification, Experience & Qualifications

• Marketing qualification and/or minimum 1 year Marketing experience (Desirable)
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Will have a great work ethic and "can do" attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Strong organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Full driving license.
• Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
• IT literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Knowledge of using Photoshop and Indesign (desirable).

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
