JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely successful fashion business as a Merchandiser.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Overseeing forecasts, replenishment, newness buys, stockholding, WSSI's, ranging and availability
Management of company replenishment parameters, ensuring that these are aligned to availability and stock targets agreed and set by owner
Reviewing promotional performance and product performance with the Buying team
Reacting to sales and changes in the market, ensuring sales are maximised and KPI's are met
Providing strategic inputs in order to aid development of departmental processes & reporting

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

A proven/experienced Junior Merchandiser who is looking for a step up or someone currently working at Merchandiser level
Analytically minded and commercially aware
Knowledge of the retail sector
Excellent communication skills, highly organised with strong Excel ability
Thrives in a fastpaced and hands on environment

£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
