A Pan-European Asset Manager is seeking a Fund Controller to work alongside the Investment team on a unique set of Property portfolios.

Responsibilities

Producing targeted strategic plans and forecasts for the Property portfolio
Involvement with closing quarterly processes, as well partnering with both internal and external stakeholders, including investors
Analysis of trends with regards to budgets and consolidation of KPIs for the Real Estate portfolio
General support o all overseas teams managing the Property portfolio
Oversight of data reports provided to the Finance Team, including general improvement of technical tools and reporting packs
Liaising with external service provides on tax, reports and financial statement aspects, ensuring these are produced efficiently and accurately
Providing support to general adhoc tasks, including outgoing invoices, implementation of the Finance System and general administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities

ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
Relevant Property experience within another Property industry firm is essential, and exposure to funds is extremely beneficial as well
Highly skilled using Microsoft Excel, as well as any other accounting software systems
Exposure within a Corporate Finance or administrative environment
Previous experience in tax, statutory accounts, management accounting and forecasts
Ability to selfmanage and motivate, as well as work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
