    Senior Social Media Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager to join our team at Pull The Pin Agency (PTP). As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement and results.

    About the Role

    • Support the Head of Social in developing and executing a comprehensive Social & Content strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives of both PTP and individual clients;
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives;
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes;
    • Provide leadership to the Social Media Executives fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative approaches;

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create compelling and shareable content across social media platforms leading with LinkedIn as the main platform for clients. But not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok;
    • Develop content calendars for clients ensuring timely and consistent posting;
    • Curate an image library and assist with the creation of social media creative assets along with Video editing;
    • Analyse data and derive actionable insights to optimise social & content strategies and improve performance;
    • Make data-driven recommendations for optimising strategies;
    • Utilise analytics tools to measure and analyse the performance of organic social media campaigns;
    • Provide insightful reports to clients and internal stakeholders, with actionable recommendations for improvement;

    About You

    • Someone who is forward-thinking, with excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills;
    • A track-record in Social Media Marketing and has been working in an agency environment with 3+ years of experience;
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, and content analytics;
    • Experience in working with platforms like InDesign, Cava, and Capcut;
    • Native on social media trends, platform capabilities, best practices;
    • Experience across both B2B and B2C;
    • A positive thinker with a self-starter approach;
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically;
    • Superb organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail;
    • Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
