We are looking for a specialist Digital L&D Partner who will use their expertise to facilitate digital L&D solutions and engage digital L&D initiatives across Places for People.
You will collaborate with business leaders and digital specialists from across Places for People and advise on the design and delivery of a digital learning strategy to support all business areas in their digital and IT needs.
You will need to understand our current approach to digital skills learning across the Group and then work to develop new initiatives to support the digital and IT agenda.
This role will work with business areas and generalist L&D Partners to implement and bring to life their digital action plans and continuously understand the learning needs of colleagues at all levels across the business.
Working with business leaders, digital champions, HR and IT teams and local business areas you will identify learning needs and implement practical learning support to develop the organisation's digital capability.

This role is a great opportunity for a digital expert who is passionate about learning.
If you currently work in an IT based role, this could be an exciting challenge for you to use your digital knowledge and experience to deliver our digital learning strategy, using your ability to translate complex techie' speak into business-friendly language.
We are looking for someone who is a confident communicator with a naturally engaging style and the ability to adapt your style to engage a wide audience.
The key behavioural quality this role requires is strong influencing abilities and the skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to deliver learning and development needs.

This role is agile/home based however you will need to be geographically mobile to visit offices and sites across the UK.
