£17,500 - £20,000 plus 10% bonus and benefits

Great opportunity to join a growing business and be part of the customer service team where you will be dealing with inbound inquiries from customers relating to the sales order service.

You will be expected to deal with the sales administration for all customers' orders.


Role Responsibilities

  • Processing and monitoring the sales orders
  • Liaising with customers on all sales order and resolving any issues
  • Work with the Sales team on all activities relating to order processing, pricing, acknowledging and dispatching.
  • Raising and controlling internal orders following internal processes.
  • Raising of documentation as and when required.
  • Working with warehouse and resolving stock enquires
  • Liaising with Operations in achieving on time delivery to customer request dates.
  • Deal with inbound inquiries from customers relating to the sales and after sales service referring to all products and services we provide.
