Post Sales Administrator
LOCATION:
Leeds LS10
SALARY:
£24,000
HOURS:
37.5 Hours per week (Mon - Fri)
Reed is currently recruiting an experienced sales administrator to join a great team within a leading business.
This role is a great opportunity for a strong Administrator looking for a change and looking to join a business where there is job security andlongevity within a great team.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Processing and Inputting sales orders on to a bespoke system, providing order acknowledgements to the Customer with an agreed delivery date.
- Computer literate with full knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Export Documentation and procedures (an advantage)
- Dealing with Transport Companies requesting suitable delivery dates and prices to arrange bookings.
- Provide customers with PODs for accounting purposes.
- Provide Despatch Paperwork and Quality Control Certificates as required by Sites
- Managing daily workload to agreed dates.
- Provide support to Sales Department with any requests received from Customers
- Providing reports on a monthly/daily basis
- Any ad hoc duties including answering telephone.
- Welcoming visitors on arrival.
