CK Group are currently recruiting for an Senior Marketing Manager, to join a global healthcare company based near Slough on a permanent basis.

This role would be primarily office based, with up to 25% domestic and global travel to Europe and South Africa.

A global healthcare company, our client markets leading nutrition brands to patients and consumers.

They have strong ambitions to accelerate the growth of their medical business and are looking for a Senior Brand/ Marketing Manager to support their adult portfolio(brands that provide nutritional solutions to sick adults).


The Role:


Leading the reimbursed business of nutrition brands with core markets in UK, Europe, and South Africa regions, you will accelerate the adult medical business.

You will lead the marketing activities and collaborate with Key internal and externals (e.g. Marketing,Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Senior Management, Agencies, KOLs, Global Marketing)


Responsibilities will include:


  • Deliver financial plan and share targets
  • Develop strategy and commercialisation roadmap for reimbursed nutrition business
  • Develop general and disease specific engagement strategies (focusing on oncology, neurology, and frailty) with key stakeholders
  • Oversee the identification of key segment business drivers, priorities, and growth opportunities.

Your Background:


  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing. MBA preferred
  • Extensive experience in Pharma (reimbursed products advantageous)
  • Dietetic experience and knowledge of applicable regulatory standards would be a bonus
  • Experience of responsible product management experience in either OTC marketing, consumer packaged goods marketing, or a combination of the two.
  • Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills
