Client Service Executive

Location:
Hybrid Working - Central London based office

£28,000 -£30,000K


Our client produce trusted media research, analysis and planning apps that are widely used by agencies, media owners, advertisers, and academic institutions.

They save clients time by aggregating multiple media and advertising industry data sources intoone platform.

They are seeking a bright, articulate & well-presented client services executive to join the team and ensure a continued excellent service level is provided to their most valued clients.


About the Role

  • Provide product training both remotely and inperson.
  • Manage contract renewals process.
  • Maintain, develop, and grow strong working relationships with all clients.
  • Send communications to key contacts throughout the year to maintain retention.
  • Provide support and feedback to the helpdesk and product managers.
  • Maintain internal client management system.
  • Proactively contribute to marketing and client communications.
  • Support manager to meet sales targets by sending communications to specific sectors, maintain prospects database and assist during trial periods.
  • Analyse and report on client usage and frequency of contact.
  • Manage the correct level of access for all clients.
  • You have client service experience with strong communication skills.

About You

  • Ability to build strong client relationships in a businesstobusiness environment.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritise and problemsolving skills essential.
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening and written skills.
  • A team player.
  • Ability to learn new software systems and processes quickly.
  • Knowledge of the media research industry and JICs an advantage.
  • Experience of Hubspot CRM and Sales tools also an advantage.
