What you bring to the role:

You'll have experience in lease sales (or broker / automotive sales roles)
You're great with people, able to connect with our customers and motivated by delivering 5* customer service.
You're ambitious for yourself and eager to learn as much as possible.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are passionate about what you do

What you'll be doing:

You'll join our EV Specialist team an energetic, dynamic team with a focus on customer results and high performance.
You will help customers choose the right lease for them and support them through the process.
In this role, you'll receive 100% inbound, warm leads your customers will be interested in leasing a vehicle through the employee benefit we offer.
With our training, you'll become a true product expert, giving you the confidence to deliver a firstclass service.

Compensation offered:

Base salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per year

OTE:
£40,000 - £60,000

Equity:
£3,000 - £30,000 equity through EMI Options
