Description
My client is looking for an Enablement Support Team Member to join on them on a 12 month contract.

As an Enablement Support Team Member, you will be responsible for Liaising with engineering and design for solutions with respect to production enabling blockersand controlling and maintaining consumable materials and tooling.

Pay:
£27.44 per hour plus 20% shift premium via Umbrella (Inside IR35)


Location:
Broughton, Flintshire (Onsite)


Contract: 12 months (Likely to be extended)

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday - FridayDouble Day Shift, Alternating morning and afternoon shifts, One week of mornings (6:00am - 1:10pm), One week of afternoons (1:30pm - 8:40pm)

Job Profile

  • Liaison with Facilities and Services to ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements and delivery requirements.
  • Management interface between Tool Control Centre and Operations (Calibration Process).
  • Support Capex projects and facility improvements
  • Assessing continuous improvement opportunities and implementing new processes in line with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Support Safety engineer with regard to compliance to health, safety & environmental issues
  • Financial analysis, control and reporting.
  • Support and maintenance of lean manufacturing systems.
  • 5C /housekeeping.
  • Visual management process
  • Process improvement activity.

Skills/Experience Required

Key Attributes:

  • Ideally general knowledge and experience of aircraft assembly tools and techniques
  • Experience of tooling and procedural documentation
  • The ability to investigate and to introduce continuous improvement ideas.
  • Practical competence of current 'PC' based packages (essential) and experience of mainframe SAP (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Lean systems.

Education & Training
Essential - Strong experience in a similar role
Qualified to HNC/HND level and or have relevant experience to an equivalent depth and breadth.
