It enables a much faster route to market than traditional auctions as well as dramatically reducing the costs involved, charging zero fees to the seller.

Launched in 2021 with the same principles of 'lean' auctions that are fast to list and sell, the Watch Collecting platform brought new energy to this enthusiast market.

The Collecting Group is now a team of 80+ around the world and we have exciting growth plans with new product extensions and new market entry ambitions.

Our growth is dependent on uniting skilled talent and innovative technology to deliver the best service for our users, and we are always looking for forward thinking, diligent and motivated individuals to join us.

The opportunity

As the Global Head of Watch Collecting, you'll play an instrumental role in the establishment and growth of Watch Collecting in the United States and Europe.

You will contribute towards the overall company strategy, whilst building and leading teams, driving business development and our global presence.

With an entrepreneurial approach, you'll bring your sales acumen and relationship management capabilities to help us execute on our aspirations.

You'll share your knowledge of a great sales process, whilst ensuring the smooth operation of teams around the world.

Requirements:

You have extensive senior management experience, working with executives and board members
Relationship building you love getting to know people and developing longterm relationships
You're commercially focused, and have previously managed a budget for a global business
Customers you understand their importance and make impactful decisions
Business development is exciting for you, you love aspiring towards company growth
You've worked with a CRM before, and you understand the importance of using data
Leading others is a passion, you thrive on and have recruited and developed team members
You've marketed a product before, and contributed to its growth on a global scale
Experience in or knowledge of Watches/Luxury goods whilst not mandatory, is desirable
