Napo is a pet insurance company with one simple mission: to help every pet owner keep their pets healthy and happy.

We're digital first - customers can do anything they need online, but if they need to talk to us, we have a 6-star customer support team to answer the phone.


The Role:


As a Product designer in Growth, you'll craft and optimise a cohesive marketing and buying experience for potential Napo customers.

With a learning mindset, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary squad to solve impactful problems and deliver real impact.

You'll bring ideas and have ownership of projects, be customer centric and work with a high bar for design excellence.


Skills we think you need:


  • Build empathy and immerse yourself in our core customer segments to understand how and why they interact with Napo. Use insight and data to iterate, whilst being able to rationalise and articulate your design choices
  • Design innovative, intuitive and cohesive experiences that potential customers love
  • Collaborate with product, research and engineering counterparts to rationalise, evolve and validate innovative ideas quickly, and collaborate with engineers to implement and iterate on designs
  • Use Figma expertly, with a passion for delivering highly polished UI design
  • Evolve the Napo design system by redefining existing and creating new design patterns

Experience that is important to us:

  • 3+ years experience working as a product or UX/UI designer in an interdisciplinary product team
  • Experience of the full product lifecycle
