Mobile Handyperson

South London

Temporary contract


One of our clients within the Facility Management sector is currently looking to employ a Handyperson to join their team on a full-time Temporary basis to provide general maintenance and repairs on a mobile basis covering South London.


Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am

  • 5pm

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Providing general maintenance and repairs across a commercial site with duties such as: plumbing, Painting and Decorating, Basic electrics, basic carpentry and plastering
  • Always maintain the professional image.
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees & client employees and representatives.
  • Compliance and Statutory Inspections

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of building maintenance
  • Commercial property experience
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Full UK driving license
