Parts Advisor (35 hours per week)

Stratstone BMW Tyneside

Salary of £20,117 with £2,712 bonus, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services (pro-rata'd for part-time)

Join us as a Parts Advisor - on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products.

What does the role of Parts Advisor involve?

Work within the parts department, serving internal and external customers, providing advice on products and parts available to them
Uphold the correct implementation of pricing structures
Work closely with the Parts Leader to monitor stock control
Complete all paperwork and requisitions accordingly, at all times maintaining a secure environment

What do you need to succeed as a Parts Advisor?

Full UK manual driving licence desirable not essential
Parts experience desirable not essential, customer service experience a must, be able to demonstrate your understanding of products to customers and internal departments
Experience working alone as well as in a team
Organisation/admin/computer systems experience
