Due to continuing expansion of our headquarters in Nantwich, Cheshire. OCC Computer Personnel are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator Lead.
As an overview - The Business Support Administrator Lead will be responsible for a variety tasks and responsibilities to support the smooth running of the business. You will manage yourself along with the other Business Support Administrators in the company. Your responsibilities will relate to finance, sales, recruitment,marketing, HR and the general function of the business including Quality Management System.
Main Duties & responsibilities - Reporting to the director
- Supporting major accounts from an administrative perspective in line with Account Manager requests. e.g., Governance of external consultants in respect of their time reporting.
- Creation of Send out CVs for the Consultants.
- Maintaining and delivering reports from our 'Adapt' CRM System.
- Create job adverts for the consultants.
- Creation of MI & statistical reports from Adapt.
- Supporting Quality Management Representative (QMR) with ISO administration.
- Undertaking small projects for management in line with business requirements.
- Creating weekly statistics in excel
- Creating adverts for social media e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- HR Support and awareness of company objectives and Quality standards.
- Support and organisation with the recruitment office weekly incentives.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
