Role:

Permanent, fulltime, day shift, factory based
Core hours: Monday-Friday (37hr week) 07:3016:00 Mon-Thurs.

07:30-12:30 Friday

May involve site work (optional)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for quality of own works
Correct interpretation of electrical and engineering diagrams
Layout, marking and population of back plates and control panels
Wiring of back plates including final assembly interconnections to control panels
Soldering
Looming and harnessing
Responsible for marking up diagrams as built and feeding back to engineering/technical
Working with engineering, solving problems as required
Punctual, professional and a company ambassador
Ability to _get on with the job_, using knowledge, skills, and experience to make informed decisions

Package

Commencing salary GBP 30k+ with overtime at 1.5 x hourly rate
26 days plus statutory holidays, increasing with service
Fully expensed travel

Experience & Qualifications
Essential

Appropriate engineering/electrical experience and training such as an apprenticeship
Proven panel wiring experience handson practical can do attitude.
Basic mechanical handson practical skills.
