Description

We are looking for a Senior Client Executive, dedicated to a portfolio of mainly Financial Institutional Clients, including Fintech clients, with the overall objective to support their global growth and providing seamless delivery of the full suite of TTS services available.


Through disciplined calling, you will ultimately be responsible for all aspects of the relationship with the customer, including service provision, organic revenue growth and compliance and risk management.


The Client Executive is a key member of a unique global relationship network that is widely regarded as being best in class in terms of client coverage and delivery of banking solutions in over 100 countries.


Key Responsibilities:


Revenue Retention

  • Responsible for incremental cross sell and commercialisation of new or enhanced TTS products and services.
  • Partner with the wider TTS and Banking Coverage to identify opportunities to increase Clients wallet penetration
  • Complete regular Relationship Reviews, including all parts of the TTS business, including analysis on profitability, new opportunities, pricing etc

Revenue Realisation

  • Input deals into CRM, ensuring smooth and timely handoff to Onboarding partners.
  • Work with partners to remove road blocks and where possible accelerate Revenue realisation
  • Monitoring of deals Post Golive to ensure utilisation of the product and adequate revenue realisation based on deal estimates.

Voice of the Customer

  • Be the client advocate to ensure Client issues are addressed promptly, working with partners across TTS and ultilising Client forums such as Client at Risk to facilitate and drive resolution where necessary.
  • Be responsible for driving Best in Class Client Experience (monitoring Pulse Surveys and leverage internal tools to monitor satisfaction levels across the organisation).
  • Take ownership, lead and track specific customer issues/problems, holding partners accountable to deliver on clients requirements.
  • Develop relationship with Client Decision makers and influencers, to ensure "Trusted Adviser" status.
  • Enhance collaboration across product and customer groups. Partner with product specialists to drive overall client satisfaction through VOC, build client loyalty, and respond to client escalation issues.
  • Understand the dynamics of the local financial markets, banking & payment industry and regulatory environment.
  • Know your competition and be able to provide critical input to support the TTS Sales organisation.
  • Manage client's expectations and effectively engage in difficult discussions with clients.
  • Strengthen the client relationship by working closely with product partners across TTS.
  • Key client contact point & ultimately responsible for all aspects of the relationship with the customer, including organic revenue growth, service provision, compliance and risk management.

Product and project Experience:


  • Cash management; liquidity products is a must
  • Trade/LoC or any ESG related product knowledge is preferred
  • Project Change management experience is preferred

Qualifications:


  • Ideally 10+ years of experience in banking with Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Advanced or intermediate level of Microsoft excel and PowerPoints is preferred
  • Data analytical experience is preferred
  • Fluent written and verbal English; the ability to speak fluent French, Italian or Spanish is strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
