Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Duty Manager to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client's site.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will have full accountability for the implementation and delivery of the client's cleaning specifications and its services in your location.
- You will have responsibility and accountability for all financial overtime and stock control within your location.
- Ensure all training requirements are in place and that staff are suitably trained to undertake their role and fulfil their responsibilities.
- You will lead in the Supervision of the client's contract, ensuring services meet the requirements of interface with the clients, service providers and stakeholders, to ensure the expectations are being met and any additional services can be supported.
About You:
- A proven track record in cleaning service delivery.
- Experience in implementing, reviewing, and achieving the standard for safety, quality, time and cost and managing a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to operate and build credibility with employees.
- Excellent diplomacy skills combined with the confidence and resilience to handle potential conflict situations.
