Do you have a heart for education and a desire to make a difference? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants, providing invaluable support to both teachers and students in the classroom.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, providing oneonone or small group support to students as needed.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN), implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and providing tailored assistance to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect, kindness, and collaboration among students.
  • Assist with classroom management, including behaviour management and ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other support professionals to meet the diverse needs of students and contribute to their overall development.

Requirements:


  • Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards students' individual needs and abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
