Stores Operative

  • Are you a driver with a clean licence and looking for a varied Warehouse role? _
Based in Welwyn Garden City this company is looking for a Warehouse Operative to work in a small warehouse. This a little bit different to the usual types of warehouse roles as it is much more varied.

You do need to be computer literate and be able to rollup your sleeves and muck in with other areas.


The Role

  • Receiving deliveries into the warehouse
  • Allocation of stock
  • General warehouse duties including keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
  • Sending samples off (you must be computer literate)
  • Delivering chemicals to various sites sometimes in London
  • Basic water sampling and testing
  • Washing vans
  • Taking vans to be serviced

About you:

We are looking for a confident and well organised individual with good IT skills.

  • Driver with a clean driving licence. Licence for a minimum of one year
  • Able to confidently use Google maps and happy to drive in London
  • Happy to be hands on in the warehouse
  • Willing to learn and to take instruction
  • Good verbal and written skills
